Payment Policy

Last Updated: September 6, 2026

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, payment procedures, transaction verification requirements, refunds, payment failures, and other payment-related matters applicable to purchases made through NexoGet (“NexoGet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Payment Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order through NexoGet, you acknowledge and agree to the payment procedures described in this Policy, subject to any mandatory rights and protections provided by applicable law.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

NexoGet may offer one or more payment methods depending on the customer’s location, order value, currency, product, and availability of payment services.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Credit cards;
  • Debit cards;
  • Online payment services;
  • Bank transfers;
  • Other payment methods displayed during checkout.

The payment methods available for a particular order will be shown during the checkout process.

NexoGet may add, remove, suspend, or modify payment methods from time to time.

2. Payment Currency

Prices displayed on NexoGet may be presented in the currency shown on the applicable product page, shopping cart, or checkout page.

The final amount payable will be displayed before the customer completes the order.

Where a customer’s bank or payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate, foreign transaction fee, or other charge.

NexoGet is not responsible for fees independently imposed by a customer’s bank or payment provider.

3. Product Price and Total Order Amount

The total amount payable may include, where applicable:

  • Product price;
  • Applicable taxes;
  • Shipping charges;
  • Delivery charges;
  • Customs-related amounts where applicable;
  • Other charges clearly disclosed before order confirmation.

The amount presented at checkout should be reviewed carefully before payment is authorized.

4. Payment Authorization

When you submit a payment, the selected payment provider may verify and authorize the transaction.

Payment authorization may involve:

  • Card verification;
  • Authentication;
  • Fraud-prevention checks;
  • 3-D Secure or similar authentication;
  • Verification of billing information;
  • Transaction-risk assessment;
  • Other security procedures required by the payment provider.

NexoGet may not receive or control all information used by the payment provider to approve or decline a transaction.

5. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment service providers.

These providers may process payment and transaction information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

NexoGet may receive information such as:

  • Payment status;
  • Transaction reference;
  • Payment method type;
  • Transaction amount;
  • Currency;
  • Authorization status;
  • Refund status;
  • Payment failure information.

NexoGet does not intend to store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

6. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order and completing a payment does not necessarily guarantee immediate fulfillment.

An order may remain subject to:

  • Payment confirmation;
  • Product availability;
  • Inventory verification;
  • Fraud and security checks;
  • Pricing verification;
  • Shipping verification;
  • Other legitimate operational checks.

Once an order has been accepted for processing, NexoGet may provide an order confirmation or other appropriate notification.

7. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention

NexoGet may perform reasonable checks to protect customers and the business against fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Depending on the circumstances, we may review:

  • Order information;
  • Payment status;
  • Billing information;
  • Shipping information;
  • Customer account information;
  • Transaction history;
  • Device or browser information;
  • IP-related information;
  • Delivery information;
  • Communication relating to the order.

These checks may be performed directly by NexoGet or through payment, security, fraud-prevention, or logistics providers.

Where a transaction presents an unusual or potentially fraudulent pattern, NexoGet may delay processing while reasonable verification is completed.

NexoGet will not use fraud-prevention procedures to unlawfully restrict mandatory consumer rights.

8. Orders Requiring Additional Verification

For certain transactions, NexoGet may require reasonable additional information or confirmation before fulfillment.

This may apply particularly to:

  • High-value orders;
  • Large-volume orders;
  • Enterprise orders;
  • Unusual purchasing patterns;
  • Orders with inconsistent billing and shipping information;
  • Orders flagged by payment or security systems;
  • Orders requiring special procurement.

Any verification request will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

NexoGet will not request complete payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through ordinary customer communications.

9. Payment Declined or Failed

A payment may be declined or fail for reasons including:

  • Insufficient funds;
  • Incorrect payment information;
  • Bank restrictions;
  • Payment-provider restrictions;
  • Authentication failure;
  • Fraud-prevention checks;
  • Expired payment method;
  • Technical problems;
  • Internet connectivity issues;
  • Payment-provider outages;
  • Other reasons determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

If payment fails, the order may not be processed until successful payment is received or another payment arrangement is agreed.

NexoGet cannot guarantee that a payment will be approved by a customer’s bank or payment provider.

10. Duplicate Payments

If a customer believes that the same order has been charged more than once, the customer should contact NexoGet as soon as reasonably possible.

We may investigate the transaction using available information such as:

  • Order number;
  • Transaction reference;
  • Payment status;
  • Payment date;
  • Payment amount.

If a genuine duplicate payment is confirmed, NexoGet will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s procedures.

11. Payment Pending

Some transactions may initially appear as:

  • Pending;
  • Processing;
  • Authorized;
  • Under review;
  • Verification required.

A pending transaction does not necessarily mean that an order has been fully paid or accepted for fulfillment.

The final payment status may depend on confirmation from the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

12. Bank Transfers

Where bank transfer is offered as a payment method, customers must use the payment instructions provided by NexoGet.

Customers should ensure that:

  • The correct bank details are used;
  • The correct amount is transferred;
  • The correct order reference is included where requested;
  • Proof of payment is provided where required.

An order may remain pending until the transferred funds are received and verified.

NexoGet is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank information entered by the customer, banking-system delays, intermediary banks, or other financial institutions.

13. Payment Provider Fees

Certain payment providers or financial institutions may charge additional fees.

These may include:

  • Currency conversion fees;
  • International transaction fees;
  • Bank fees;
  • Payment-provider fees;
  • Other charges imposed independently by the customer’s financial institution.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third-party fees are not controlled by NexoGet.

14. Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes and other charges will be presented where required and reasonably available before the customer completes the transaction.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other destination-related charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the order documentation, customers may be responsible for charges imposed by authorities or third parties in the destination country where permitted by applicable law.

15. Pricing Errors

NexoGet takes reasonable steps to ensure that product prices and payment information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, technical, typographical, system, supplier, or other errors may occasionally occur.

If a material pricing error is identified before fulfillment, NexoGet may contact the customer to clarify the correct price or, where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, cancel the affected order and refund any payment received for that order.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove any mandatory legal right available to the customer.

16. Product Availability and Payment

Payment for an order does not necessarily mean that the product has been physically dispatched.

Product availability may be subject to:

  • Inventory verification;
  • Supplier availability;
  • Manufacturer availability;
  • Procurement requirements;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Other operational circumstances.

If NexoGet cannot fulfill an accepted and paid order, we will take appropriate steps to notify the customer and provide any applicable remedy, refund, or other resolution in accordance with applicable law.

17. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on:

  • The payment provider;
  • The customer’s bank;
  • The payment method;
  • Transaction processing times;
  • Banking holidays;
  • International payment processing.

NexoGet cannot guarantee the exact time required for a third-party financial institution to display a completed refund.

Refund eligibility and applicable conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

18. Partial Refunds

Where applicable, a refund may be issued for part of an order rather than the entire order.

This may occur, for example, where:

  • Only part of an order is cancelled;
  • Certain products cannot be fulfilled;
  • A partial refund has been agreed;
  • A pricing adjustment is approved;
  • A legal or contractual remedy applies.

The applicable refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

19. Refunds for Cancelled or Unfulfilled Orders

If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, NexoGet will determine the appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Where a refund is due, NexoGet will initiate the applicable refund process.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact NexoGet before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the issue can reasonably be resolved through customer support.

This may allow NexoGet to investigate matters such as:

  • Payment errors;
  • Duplicate charges;
  • Delivery issues;
  • Order cancellations;
  • Refund status;
  • Product issues;
  • Transaction misunderstandings.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any mandatory legal or contractual right available to them.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, NexoGet may provide relevant transaction, order, delivery, communication, and refund records to the applicable payment provider, bank, card network, or dispute-resolution process where permitted by law.

21. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, you should immediately contact your bank or payment provider and notify NexoGet where the transaction appears to relate to an NexoGet order.

Customers should not provide complete payment card numbers, passwords, card security codes, or other sensitive authentication credentials when contacting NexoGet.

NexoGet may investigate suspected unauthorized transactions and cooperate with relevant payment providers or authorities where appropriate.

22. Payment Security

NexoGet takes reasonable measures to protect payment-related information and transactions.

Security measures may include:

  • Secure website connections;
  • Access controls;
  • Payment-provider security systems;
  • Fraud monitoring;
  • Transaction verification;
  • Authentication mechanisms;
  • Security monitoring;
  • Limited access to payment-related information.

However, no online payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should use appropriate security precautions and should never share passwords, card security codes, or authentication credentials with unauthorized persons.

23. Payment Information and Privacy

Payment-related personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party payment providers may independently process personal and transaction information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Customers should review the applicable payment provider’s privacy documentation before completing a transaction.

24. Payment Communications

NexoGet may send transaction-related communications by email or other available communication methods.

These communications may include:

  • Order confirmation;
  • Payment confirmation;
  • Payment failure notices;
  • Refund notifications;
  • Order cancellation;
  • Shipping information;
  • Requests for reasonable verification;
  • Other transaction-related notices.

Transaction-related communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

25. Payment Method Availability

NexoGet may restrict or temporarily disable certain payment methods because of:

  • Technical problems;
  • Payment-provider availability;
  • Security concerns;
  • Geographic restrictions;
  • Product restrictions;
  • Transaction-value limitations;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Other legitimate operational reasons.

The payment methods available to the customer will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

26. Business and Enterprise Payments

Enterprise, reseller, project, and bulk customers may be offered alternative payment arrangements where agreed in writing.

These arrangements may include:

  • Bank transfer;
  • Purchase orders;
  • Deposit requirements;
  • Milestone payments;
  • Pro-forma invoices;
  • Credit arrangements where separately approved;
  • Other commercial payment terms.

Any separately agreed written payment terms may apply to the relevant transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. Special-Order Products

Special-order, non-stock, project-specific, or specially procured products may require payment before procurement or fulfillment.

Any applicable payment, cancellation, procurement, or return conditions should be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

28. Order Cancellation and Payment

If an order is cancelled, the effect on payment will depend on:

  • Whether payment has already been captured;
  • The reason for cancellation;
  • The status of the order;
  • The applicable Return & Refund Policy;
  • Applicable law;
  • Any separately agreed commercial terms.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund procedure.

29. Payment Records

NexoGet may retain transaction and payment-related records for purposes including:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax compliance;
  • Order management;
  • Customer support;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Refund processing;
  • Dispute resolution;
  • Legal compliance;
  • Business record-keeping.

Records will be retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.

30. Changes to This Payment Policy

NexoGet may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Payment methods;
  • Payment providers;
  • Website functionality;
  • Security procedures;
  • Business operations;
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

31. Applicable Law

This Payment Policy shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing NexoGet’s activities and transactions.

Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer or legal right.

Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this Payment Policy, the applicable legal requirement shall prevail.
